  I needed therapy for both of my shoulders due to a combination of arthritis and rotator cuff tears. I had limited motion with both arms and a pain level of 2 to 4 on any given day. after about two months of therapy I have much of my normal motion back. I can tuck in my shirt tail, put on my coat, and get a gallon of milk from the top shelf of the frig without struggling. I still have pain, but its in the 1 to 3 range now. Its not a huge decrease but its better than it was before therapy and I am able to do more now.
  Everyone at the Lake Geneva location were fantastic. They answered questions about insurance, helped to schedule appointment times that worked for me, and always had a good cup of coffee available. The therapist\'s were excellent and explained the what and why of the procedures they were doing. When I finished my treatment schedule, they outlined an at home workout that is helping me maintain what I have gained back. My therapist Christina Ronchetti even called me about three weeks after I finished therapy to see how I was doing.
  I really can't say enough good things about the Lake Geneva facility. they are courteous and respectful, knowledgeable, and one more thing. Its fun to go there. No one want to go where its doom and gloom. They made me laugh which of course helps the make medicine go down! Thank everyone from Athletico of Lake Geneva!

  I started PT with Christina (manager) in 2017 on my chiropractor’s recommendation. I was very nervous and unsure about the whole arrangement. Christina was very welcoming, attentive, and patient to answer my questions, develop a treatment plan, and relieve my uncertainties. She helped get me through a very difficult physical situation and now I’m able to have 100% function again! The whole staff, from Cassie at the front desk to all of the girls who help with the therapy exercises, are a definite delight to spend time with when rehabbing!! They treat you like family! And that makes the recovery process easier! Thank you Athletico in Lake Geneva!!

  I moved to the Lake Geneva area shortly before having major surgery. I was tremendously relieved to learn from my surgeon, who is an hour and thirty minutes from Lake Geneva, that he was not only familiar with the Lake Geneva Athletico but had extremely high praise for their level of care.(this was surprising to me as this surgeon is not one to dole out compliments) After more than a year of physical therapy at this facility I can't think of a single recommendation that I could make to improve upon any aspect of their operation. The quality of the actual therapy, coupled with the incredibly supportive and welcoming environment they foster, is beyond my highest expectations!! My wife actually finds it amusing that I look forward to my therapy appointments...I do as well...

  Great place for therapy, I worked with just about every therapist and they all were great. Everyone is kind and caring, never push you past your limits, highly recommend to anyone!

  I had hip surgery 3 months ago and I have been to several other PT clinics throughout my athletic career and all of them fail in comparison to the staff at Athletico LG. Cassandra, the office coordinator, greeted me with a smile every time I walked through the door, helped with any insurance questions I had, was compassionate, professional and friendly, and scheduled my appointments around my crazy work hours. Christina and Kara, the therapists, eased my mind and were always supportive going through this frustrating time. They are both experienced, knowledgeable, friendly, skilled, attentive, and client focused clinicians who made me look forward to going to each PT session. My goal was to return to high impact activities, specifically running, and they not only succeeded in helping me reach this goal, but exceeded all expectations. I was told by other therapists and doctors that I would not be able to run the same again. Christina and Kara not only returned me to running, but they got me running pain free and I have never felt better running (including before the injury). I will always go back to them if needed and would highly recommend them. It was the best decision I made!
